Martinsville ISD is aware of the possibility of inclement weather January 9th -10th. Thursday January 9th will be a regular scheduled day of school. We are actively monitoring weather conditions for Friday January 10th. We are in contact with TxDot and our main concern will be student safety. If weather forecasts change we will update our community and parents as soon as possible. Please monitor our social media outlets and updates through the district's call-out system. Our goal is to provide as much information and notice as early as possible.
The Martinsville Community Scholarship Organization will be hosting their annual $10,000 Steak Dinner this year February 15, 2025. Tickets are $120 and on sale in the business office at the school. Please contact Mrs. Sam Cobb if you would like to purchase a ticket. All proceeds will go towards giving scholarships to the Martinsville Senior Class. Each ticket comes with two steak dinners to enjoy! Come out and join us for a good cause!

Our Varsity Girl's will be starting at 6PM tonight. All Little Dribbler's players (Girls & Boys) are welcome to run out with VG team. We will be rescheduling a run out with the Varsity Boys and will post that date at a later time.

Elementary/Jr. High UIL Results—Our students did an awesome job at UIL this past Friday!

The buses will depart promptly at 7:10 a.m., and we will arrive back at MISD by regular dismissal time. Donuts, kolaches, and pizza will be provided. If your child will not eat pizza, please send them lunch. We are looking forward to a fun, rewarding UIL day! Thank you!
CHERRYDALE MUSIC FUNDRAISER PARENTS! Orders will be available for pickup between 3:45 and 4:30, today, Thursday, December 12th, in the music room. Please make arrangements for pickup as we do not have facilities to keep orders frozen. Also, orders cannot be picked up until after 3:45. Thank you for everything you do to support our music students.

Martinsville JV Boys Basketball Tournament Schedule Change!
Today the game has been moved to 4:00pm against Kilgore and will be in Nac in the Old Gym.
Join us December 16th-20th for our Christmas Dress Up Days to kick off the Holiday Spirit!

Reminder-Fall Picture retakes will be tomorrow, Tuesday, December 3rd. This includes individual yearbook retakes (no hats or caps allowed) and senior cap and gown retakes.
Here is the schedule for Martinsville FFA for Friday 11/22/2024. They will be leaving around 5:30 a.m. in order to get to the destination and get breakfast for students. Basketball will be leaving when they are done with their contests and go to Wells tournament.
Our Lady Pirates will be hosting Cushing tonight at home starting at 5:30pm. We also want to remind everyone that we have raffle tickets on sale for the Martinsville Cornhole Boards! We have changed the drawing date to Homecoming so make sure and get your tickets from the school or they will be on sale during the home games until January 17th!
