Senior Class Scholarship Reminders!
The deadline for turning in the scholarship given by the Daughters of the Republic of Texas is Friday 14th. Seniors were given copies. There will copies in the front office if you need another one. If you have any questions please contact Courtney Marshall.
Nacogdoches County Farm Bureau board is starting the process of Nacogdoches County Farm Bureau scholarship applications. Seniors are eligible to apply for the scholarship. All scholarships must be turned in by April 1, 2025. Recipients are announced around the end of May or first of June. If awarded the scholarship, the student will be responsible for turning in the documentation required to receive their check. Seniors will be getting this application today.

REMINDER-Spring Pictures will be tomorrow, Friday, January 31st. This will include individual pictures as well as class pictures for grades Pre-K through 8th.
We will be recognizing all of our Martinsville Athletic Seniors from all sports on Monday February 3rd at 6:30pm in the cafeteria. We will have light refreshments .

Martinsville's PTO will be doing Valentines Day Candy Grams this year. Flyers will be going home with students today. Orders are due back to your teacher by Monday Feb 10th and will be delivered on February 14th.

The Martinsville Community Scholarship Organization will be hosting their annual $10,000 Steak Dinner this year February 15, 2025. Tickets are $120 and on sale in the business office at the school. Please contact Mrs. Sam Cobb if you would like to purchase a ticket. All proceeds will go towards giving scholarships to the Martinsville Senior Class. Each ticket comes with two steak dinners to enjoy! Come out and join us for a good cause! Reminder that the school will be closed February 3 - 7th. So get your tickets now! We will also have on sale at home Basketball games.
REMINDER--FCCLA is hosting its first blood drive of 2025, tomorrow, Friday, January 24th, from 8am-2pm!
Due to inclement weather and road conditions, Martinsville ISD will be closed on Tuesday, January 21st. Classes will resume on Wednesday, January 22nd. Martinsville ISD is aware of the possibility of inclement weather January 9th -10th. Thursday January 9th will be a regular scheduled day of school. We are actively monitoring weather conditions for Friday January 10th. We are in contact with TxDot and our main concern will be student safety. If weather forecasts change we will update our community and parents as soon as possible. Please monitor our social media outlets and updates through the district's call-out system. Our goal is to provide as much information and notice as early as possible.

Our Varsity Girl's will be starting at 6PM tonight. All Little Dribbler's players (Girls & Boys) are welcome to run out with VG team. We will be rescheduling a run out with the Varsity Boys and will post that date at a later time.
