Thank you for participating in the survey. After consideration by our school board, it has been determined MISD continue with a 5-Day week. A 5-day calendar for the 2023-2024 school year is being developed and will presented to the school board for approval at the May, 15, 2023 school board meeting.

Martinsville ISD will be holding a Health Fair on Monday May 1st from 5-7pm in the Gym. We will have multiple vendors, giving away some door prizes, and have light refreshments.
East Texas Community Health Services will in attendance with a mobile unit offering the following vaccinations:
- Attention Seniors!!! if you are going to college and have NOT received your meningitis booster you can get them May 1st from 5-7pm with EXTCH
-Attention ALL 7th graders (2023-2024 ) if you have NOT received your Tdap and Mcv4 vaccines you can get them May 1st from 5-7pm with EXTCH.
-Attention ALL NEW PK and K missing vaccinations, this is a free opportunity provided by MISD and ETCH to catch your child up on important immunizations.
This is also open to the public, anyone needing or missing vaccinations. Vaccines are Free of charge. Bring your shot record!
Junior High and High School sports photos will be taken on the morning of April 18th! Order forms will be sent home with students on Monday, as well as extra copies available at the front office, and there will also be additional forms provided if needed on the morning of the photo session. There will be no online ordering for the sports photos. Thanks!

Big congratulations to Jax McNutt for being named the Bareback Champion in Region V Junior High Rodeo, bringing home a cash prize and a saddle. He advances to state in May, where he will be competing for a chance to go to Nationals. We are proud of your hard work! You are a great representative of Martinsville ISD!

It's that time of year again for the Pre-K and Kindergarten Round-Up! Martinsville ISD will be hosting its 2023-2024 Pre-K and Kindergarten Round-Up April 3-6 from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM daily. Interested parties can come by the administration office to get started and bring proof of residence, immunization records, birth certificate and social security card. #PirateNationTX
